We are very considerate of business and homeowners' schedules. Installation time varies although on most occasions, labor time is cut significantly when materials are onsite and layouts/plans are final.

Materials will be included in estimates/invoices unless the contractor/homeowner is providing materials. Depends on the agreement.

NOTE: For builders and contractors, we prefer materials to be supplied (traditional practice). This avoids any material order discrepancies, thank you.

A proposal is created (revised until final agreement to convert into a contract), signed, then scheduled on the nearest available dates.

Our payment terms are as follows: 30% to begin work (covers initial material costs), 30% mid-completion, and 40% upon completion.

Site visits for quote are courtesy of Yuriy's Construction, LLC. Depending on the project budget, labor, length, material, and size - a quote is prepared with all factors taken into account.
